01 Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, services and Green Points program offered by Green Mandideals ("Green Mandideals", "we", "us" or "our"), with its head office at Plot No. K-8-1091, Ghatikia, Bhubaneswar, Odisha 751003, and a branch at O-Hub, Patia, Bhubaneswar.

By using our website or services, or by taking part in the Green Points program, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

02 Our services

Green Mandideals is an agritech company that:

• Collects segregated dry waste from apartments, residential societies and industries.
• Credits Green Points based on the dry waste collected.
• Lets participants redeem Green Points for fresh vegetables delivered to their apartment or industrial premises.
• Supplies fresh vegetables to apartments and industries.
• Provides manpower sourcing services, helping industries find skilled, semi-skilled and support staff.
• Provides sales, marketing and business-growth support to brands, under terms agreed separately with each client.
• Operates Blend n Bites Café in Kalinga Nagar, Bhubaneswar, serving high-protein, nutrition-focused food and beverages.

Service availability may vary by location. We may add, change or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

03 Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use our services under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• Societies and industries may enrol through an authorised representative, who confirms they have the authority to bind the organisation.
• You agree to give accurate, current and complete information and to keep it updated.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account or registration.

04 Dry-waste collection

• We accept only clean, segregated dry waste in the categories we notify from time to time, such as paper, cardboard, plastics and metals.
• We do not accept wet, organic, biomedical, hazardous, electronic, chemical or otherwise unsafe waste unless we have expressly agreed to it in writing.
• Waste is weighed and recorded at the time of collection. The weight and category recorded by our team are final for the purpose of calculating Green Points, unless an error is reported to us within 48 hours.
• We may refuse or reject waste that is contaminated, mixed, wet or not in accepted categories.
• Once waste is collected, ownership passes to Green Mandideals. It is not returnable.
• Pickup schedules are agreed with your society or facility and may change because of weather, holidays or operational reasons.

05 Green Points

• Green Points are generated based on the weight and category of dry waste collected, at the rates published by Green Mandideals at the time of collection.
• We may revise point rates, redemption values and program rules at any time. Changes apply only to future collections and redemptions.
• Green Points cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, sold or traded, except as we expressly allow (for example, pooling within a society or organisation).
• Green Points may expire after a period we notify. Unused points on a closed or inactive account may be forfeited.
• Points credited by mistake or obtained through fraud, misrepresentation or misuse may be reversed, and the account may be suspended.
• If the Green Points program is discontinued, we will give reasonable notice and a window in which to redeem outstanding points.

06 Redemption & delivery

• Green Points can be redeemed for fresh vegetables, subject to availability, minimum redemption thresholds and the rates in force at the time.
• Vegetable availability is seasonal and depends on supply, so specific items cannot always be guaranteed. We may substitute items of similar value.
• Deliveries are made to the registered apartment or industrial premises within the agreed time slots.
• Someone must be available to receive the delivery. Unclaimed perishable items may not be redelivered.
• Paid orders (if any) are subject to the price and payment terms communicated at the time of the order.

07 Quality & complaints

We source fresh vegetables and check their quality before dispatch. As vegetables are perishable natural produce, minor variations in size, colour and appearance are normal.

If you receive damaged or spoiled produce, report it to care@mandideals.com within 24 hours of delivery, with photos if possible. Where a complaint is valid, we may, at our discretion, replace the item or re-credit the Green Points used.

08 Manpower sourcing services

For candidates

• You must give true and complete information about your identity, education, experience and documents. False information may lead to rejection or termination of a placement.
• Registering with us does not guarantee a job. The final selection decision rests with the employer.
• Salary, working hours, benefits and other terms of employment are set by the employer, or, where you are deployed on Green Mandideals' rolls, by the appointment letter we issue to you.
• You authorise us to share your profile with prospective employers for roles you have agreed to be considered for, and to verify your documents and references.
• Green Mandideals never asks for money in exchange for a job offer. If anyone asks you for a payment in our name, do not pay, and report it to care@mandideals.com.

For industries (employers)

• Manpower requirements, including roles, headcount, skills, wages, shifts and location, should be shared with us in writing.
• Commercial terms, including service fees, payment schedules, replacement periods and the duration of the engagement, will be set out in a separate agreement or work order. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails.
• We screen candidates with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee the future performance, conduct or length of service of any candidate.
• The employer is responsible for a safe workplace, for lawful working conditions, and for following applicable labour laws for workers employed directly. Statutory responsibilities for workers deployed through us are shared as set out in the agreement and as required by law.
• Employers must not use candidate information we share for any purpose other than evaluating and engaging that candidate.

09 Blend n Bites Café

• Orders can be placed at the café or online at bnbcafe.greenmeds.ai/order, and are subject to menu availability and operating hours.
• Prices, taxes, delivery charges and offers are as shown at the time of ordering. Coupons are subject to their stated conditions and cannot be combined unless stated.
• Protein and nutrition information is approximate, given for general guidance only, and is not medical or dietary advice. Portions and ingredients may vary slightly.
• Our kitchen may handle common allergens such as dairy, gluten, nuts, soy and eggs. Tell us about any allergy before ordering. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely allergen-free.
• An order cannot usually be cancelled once preparation has started. Refunds or replacements for incorrect or unsatisfactory items are handled case by case. Contact the café or care@mandideals.com at the earliest.
• Green Points cannot be redeemed at the café unless we expressly announce an offer that allows it.

10 User obligations

You agree not to:

• Hand over waste that does not belong to you, or that you are not authorised to give away.
• Add water, stones or other materials to waste to increase its weight, or otherwise try to manipulate Green Points.
• Give hazardous or prohibited material as dry waste.
• Abuse, threaten or harass our staff or partners.
• Use our website or services for any unlawful purpose.

11 Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Green Mandideals name, logo, text, graphics and design, belongs to Green Mandideals or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our prior written permission.

12 Limitation of liability

• Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Green Mandideals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.
• Our total liability for any claim relating to an order or redemption is limited to the value of that order, or the equivalent Green Points.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government action, pandemics or supply disruptions.

13 Suspension & termination

We may suspend or end your participation, and cancel Green Points obtained improperly, if you breach these Terms or misuse the program. You may stop using our services at any time by writing to care@mandideals.com.

14 Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If you keep using our services after that, you accept the revised Terms.
