01 Introduction

Green Mandideals ("Green Mandideals", "we", "us" or "our") is an agritech company headquartered at Plot No. K-8-1091, Ghatikia, Bhubaneswar, Odisha 751003, with a branch at O-Hub, Patia, Bhubaneswar. We deliver fresh vegetables to apartments and industries and run a Green Points program in which dry waste handed over to us earns points that can be redeemed for vegetables. We also provide manpower sourcing services to industries, and we operate Blend n Bites Café in Kalinga Nagar, Bhubaneswar.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share and protect your personal data when you use our website, our services, or take part in the Green Points program. We process personal data in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under them.

02 Information we collect

Information you provide

• Name, phone number, email address and postal address (including apartment, flat or block number, or industrial premises address).
• Details of your residents' association, society, company or facility, and your role there.
• Delivery preferences, vegetable orders and redemption requests.
• Messages, feedback and complaints you send to us.

Information generated through our services

• Dry-waste collection records: date, location, weight and category of waste collected.
• Green Points earned, redeemed and outstanding, along with transaction history.
• Delivery records, including date, time and items delivered.

Information collected automatically

• When you visit our website, basic technical information such as browser type, device type, IP address and pages visited may be collected by our hosting provider for security and performance purposes.

03 How we use your information

• To schedule and carry out dry-waste pickups at your apartment or industrial premises.
• To calculate, credit and maintain your Green Points balance.
• To process redemptions and deliver fresh vegetables.
• To communicate with you about pickups, deliveries, your account and changes to our services.
• To respond to enquiries, resolve complaints and provide customer support.
• To prepare aggregated or anonymised reports, for example total waste diverted for a society or industry partner.
• To detect and prevent fraud or misuse of the Green Points program.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We will not use your personal data for purposes that are unrelated to those listed above without first seeking your consent.

04 Green Points data

Your Green Points balance and history are linked to your account, household or organisation. For apartment societies or industries enrolled as a group, the designated coordinator or administrator may be able to see aggregated collection and points information for the group.

Green Points have no cash value. We keep points records only for running the program, resolving disputes and meeting audit requirements.

05 Manpower sourcing: candidates & employers

When we help industries find workers, we handle personal data of job seekers ("candidates") and of the contact persons at our client companies ("employers").

Candidate information we collect

• Name, phone number, email address, current and permanent address, date of birth and gender.
• Education, skills, work experience, previous employers, expected salary and preferred job location.
• Resume or CV, photograph and references.
• Identity and address proof, and, once you are selected, the details needed for onboarding, such as bank account details and statutory registration numbers (for example EPF/UAN or ESI).
• Results of skill tests, interviews, and background or document verification, carried out with your consent.

How we use candidate information

• To match you with suitable job openings at our client industries.
• To share your profile with prospective employers for roles you have agreed to be considered for.
• To schedule interviews, communicate outcomes and complete joining formalities.
• Where you are deployed through us, to process attendance, wages and statutory contributions as required by law.

We share only the details an employer needs to assess you for a role. We collect identity documents only when they are needed, and we do not use them for any other purpose.

Employer information

We collect the names, designations, phone numbers and email addresses of client contact persons, along with details of their manpower requirements. We use this information only to deliver our sourcing services and manage the business relationship.

Retention

If you are not selected for a role, we may keep your profile for up to 12 months to consider you for future openings, unless you ask us to delete it earlier. Records of deployed candidates are kept for as long as required under applicable labour, tax and social-security laws.

06 Blend n Bites Café

When you order from Blend n Bites Café, in person or through our online ordering page at bnbcafe.greenmeds.ai/order, we collect the information needed to prepare and deliver your order:

• Name, phone number and, for deliveries, your delivery address.
• Order details, special instructions, any dietary or allergy notes you share, and coupons used.
• Payment status. Online payments, where offered, are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card or UPI credentials.

We use this information to process and deliver orders, contact you about your order, handle refunds and complaints, and, with your consent, tell you about offers. The online ordering platform may also be governed by its own privacy terms.

07 Sharing & disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only in the following cases:

• Prospective employers: candidate profiles shared with client industries for roles the candidate has agreed to be considered for.
• Service partners: logistics, delivery, recycling and IT service providers who help us operate, under confidentiality obligations and only to the extent necessary.
• Your society or organisation: aggregated collection and points information, where you are enrolled through a group partnership.
• Legal requirements: where required by law, court order or a government authority, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Green Mandideals, our users or the public.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy continuing to apply to your data.

08 Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes in this policy, or as required by law, for example for tax, accounting or audit purposes. When the data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it.

09 Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. These include access controls and restricting data to the staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10 Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed.
• Request correction, completion or updating of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request erasure of your personal data where it is no longer needed, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing done before it, and some services, including Green Points, may stop being available to you.
• Nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
• Raise a grievance with us, and if it is not resolved, approach the Data Protection Board of India.

11 Cookies

Our website is a static informational site and does not use cookies for advertising or tracking. Your browser or our hosting provider may use strictly necessary technical storage to deliver the site. If we introduce analytics or other cookies in future, we will update this policy.

Our services are meant for households, societies and organisations and should be used by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18 without verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian.
