Welcome to MandiDeals ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MandiDeals website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

MandiDeals is an agricultural marketplace and job portal platform operating in India, connecting farmers, traders, producers, transporters, recruiters, and job seekers.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 Account Security

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights

9. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MANDIDEALS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

MandiDeals facilitates transactions between users but is not a party to these transactions. We are not liable for product quality, delivery failures, or disputes between users.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
